Even a small cough
Even a small love

Listening to my 10th grade playlist on iTunes. What interesting music taste I had.

Acid Raindrops
I wish I could say that early dismissals were the best things on earth, but now rehearsal has been moved to Sunday and thus I can no longer go to the museum of natural history :(—will have to be rescheduled for a later date. Though I am excited to go to Art and Soul on Saturday after tech rehearsal and paint a plate or bowl or something. Love long weekends, minus the mountains of homework...

people to people
I just finished writing my most recent article. I think this is my favorite one thus far, I was inspired this morning on the treadmill, which is strange because it has absolutely nothing to do with running or exercise. And of course its about writing. But also about humans and connections and listening. And now I don’t have to think about this/ don’t have to do it when I get home at 11...

Kevin: Anglais est plus simple !! or facile? see! french is confusing

Me: They really just wanted to play games
Kevin: I hear Jim Sheridan created the English language...with his eyes closed
Me: While nodding
Kevin: It was an interdisciplinary effort
Me: Like trying to figure out a teacher's life through her car keys
Kevin: Tis the Greek way!
Me: Edith Hamilton
Kevin:
Me: Love is when you love someone more than pizza. Would you die for your pizza?
Kevin: Yes! But what about Martin Luther? Didn't he have 95 feces or something? gross.
Me: No but I like vanilla ice cream
Apartment Story
I’ve decided that I’m really excited to have my own apartment/house later in life so that I can decorate it. I guess more so the apartment because I want to experiment with different colors and such, and I feel like once I get around to owning a house I’ll be at a point in my life where I don’t really want loud and eccentric colors on my walls. But who knows, maybe I will....
Toutefois....
Good thing I’m leaving in 5 minutes for rehearsal and I haven’t done really any studying for my midterms tomorrow. But, in my defense, it really was necessary to try out every single different theme and color scheme for this blog until I found which one I liked best. Plus, I already know french and apes, right? Je sais que HBV est un virus mortel. Right…100 here I come.
PS, I...
The art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on.

There goes the fear
My first thought when creating this blog: I am not cool, interesting or “cocky” (thanks, hilary) enough to have a blog. I’m more of a journal junkie, filing away my thoughts and wild ideas where no one can see them…more specifically in an Anne Klein shoebox in my closet (sup, mom, like you didn’t already know where it was). I guess I’ll talk about myself...
